These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ordex website (ordex.uk) and any services provided by Ordex ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Danny, based in Tamworth, Staffordshire, UK. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Ordex provides AI workflow systems and B2B SaaS-style solutions, including but not limited to: • AI opportunity discovery and workflow mapping • Pilot demos, prototypes, and test cases • Custom AI assistants and automation workflows • CRM, email, spreadsheet, document, and API integrations • Guardrails, logging, escalation paths, and reporting • Ongoing managed AI operations and optimisation The specific scope of services for each client is agreed in a separate Statement of Work or engagement letter.
Submitting the enquiry form on our website does not constitute a contract or guarantee of services. It is an enquiry that we will respond to within one business day. The initial enquiry is a no-obligation review of your workflow, current tools, business pain point, and possible AI pilot. We provide findings regardless of whether you proceed to work with us.
Project pricing is agreed in writing before any work begins. We do not begin work without a signed agreement or written confirmation. Payment terms are specified in each individual engagement. Standard terms are: • 50% deposit before project commencement • 50% on completion or as otherwise agreed • Monthly retainers billed in advance Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
Upon full payment, you own the client-specific content, configuration, and deliverables we create specifically for your project, unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Ordex retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any proprietary methods, reusable components, internal tools, prompts, frameworks, or systems used in delivery.
You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information when requested • Supply required materials, workflow information, system access, data samples, and approvals in a timely manner • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Our liability to you for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. We do not guarantee specific revenue, productivity, accuracy, automation, or adoption results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice. Month-to-month retainers carry no minimum contract period. Upon termination, we will provide all assets and access credentials you are entitled to within 14 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at ordex.uk/terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
